The Good Party

Carolyn Smith, a Goodwill program participant, spoke at The Good Party about her amazing journey.

More than 300 guests joined us at The Good Party to support Goodwill's mission of helping those with barriers to self-sufficiency to achieve independence and dignity through work. Honorary co-chairs Karen Holmes Ward and Keith Motley led a fun, festive speaking program on a beautiful summer night. The highlight of the event was program participant Carolyn Smith who shared the story of all that Goodwill has helped her achieve.

Carolyn said, "I'm in a good place now. But it hasn't been easy and it's been a struggle every day. But I never gave up and I'm glad I didn't."

If you weren't able to attend The Good Party, or you were there but still want to do more to support Goodwill's mission and its work with people like Carolyn, please consider making a gift today.
