Business Services

Goodwill collaborates with business partners to provide employment opportunities for job trainees and job seekers.

Community-Based Employment

Goodwill's community-based group supported employment provides business solutions to companies with light assembly, packaging, and fulfillment needs. Our program provides closely supervised and structured work for individuals with disabilities. The work is done by mobile work crews. Participants learn job skills and gain experience with real work, preparing them for jobs in the community.

When companies outsource to Goodwill, they can expect high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective service. Companies who partner with us are also enhancing the dignity and quality of life for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
