More than 1,000 companies offer matching gift programs and many provide this benefit to spouses/partners and to retired employees. Gifts can be matched at 50 percent, 100 percent or even 200 percent, depending on your company’s policy. Most corporate matching gifts are unrestricted and substantially increase the value of the individual's gift.
