Business Advisory Council

The Business Advisory Council acts as a link to the business community.  Its purpose is to assist Goodwill in achieving its mission by promoting employment opportunities for individuals participating in Goodwill’s job training and career services programs, and by providing advice and counsel on trends and developments in the labor market.

The Goodwill Business Advisory Council is made up of the following members:

Shadair Kemp - Our Job is Working Together

Shadair Kemp has never let obstacles get in his way. Born with a developmental and physical disability, Shadair has to use crutches in order to get around. But they are just a fact of life, not a hindrance. “I don’t let my crutches hold me back from doing anything that I want to do,” Shadair said.
